Seamless coordination of the logistics of the shipping of our extra bags from our hotel in Barcelona to our hotel in Santiago de Compostela.  (As part of our trip to Spain, after our time in Barcelona we walked the Camino Ingles of the Camino de Santiago and didn't want to carry EVERYTHING with us.)  With Alber and team - what would have been a complicated, hassle with other providers (that was quite frankly, stressing me out) - was instead, a smooth, reasonably priced experience!  When I was freaking out about our "other" options, our hotel (Hotel Rialto) recommended them and I am so, so grateful!  Moreover, I speak Spanish, but "telephone Spanish" can be hard and they even spoke directly with both our Barcelona hotel and our Santiago de Compostela hotel to make sure everything went smoothly.
