Parcel delivery from Barcelona to Switzerland

Shipments to Switzerland must be accompanied by the corresponding invoice for the goods, since, although it is a European country, it is not part of the EU.

In the case of shipment of paintings and art objects, in addition to the invoice, the Heritage Declaration must be formalized, in accordance with Council Regulation EC 116/2009 of 18 December 2008 on the export of cultural goods.

The documentation must also be accompanied by a color photograph of the work of art.

Customs has restrictions on certain items, which can be consulted in case of doubt.
Depending on the type of merchandise, volume and weight, we will advise a specific Courier and Express or Standard service in each case.

The service includes customs clearance and shipment tracking.

The tracking numbers allow you to see where the objects are at all times and give you the peace of mind that your purchase is on its way.

If you want to know more information about our parcel service for art objects, please contact us and we will inform you.

Jordi at Mail Boxes Etc. Gòtic in Barcelona was a tremendous help when i accidentally left his wallet at Hotel Nouvel.

We were back in the UK and unsure how to get it returned. Jordi made the whole process straightforward, arranging collection, secure packaging and tracked delivery to London. His clear communication and helpful approach gave us real peace of mind.

It is often when something goes wrong that you discover how much good service matters. Jordi turned a stressful situation into a relief, and we are very grateful for his care and professionalism.

Thank you, Jordi and the MBE Gòtic team. Highly recommended!

Very attentive and professional, needed to ship a box from Barcelona... over to a business associate in Greece. They handled it fast and efficiently. And the amount charged, was very reasonable. Thanks MBE Barcelona.

And it looked like they did alot of specialized shipping for artwork. As something I am very familiar with, and that type of client and service is much more demanding. So I feel comfortable with this shipper!

HIGHLY, HIGHY recommend! Alber and team are phenomenal! Seamless coordination of the logistics of the shipping of our extra bags from our hotel in Barcelona to our hotel in Santiago de Compostela. (As part of our trip to Spain, after our time in Barcelona we walked the Camino Ingles of the Camino de Santiago and didn't want to carry EVERYTHING with us.) With Alber and team - what would have been a complicated, hassle with other providers (that was quite frankly, stressing me out) - was instead, a smooth, reasonably priced experience! When I was freaking out about our "other" options, our hotel (Hotel Rialto) recommended them and I am so, so grateful! Moreover, I speak Spanish, but "telephone Spanish" can be hard and they even spoke directly with both our Barcelona hotel and our Santiago de Compostela hotel to make sure everything went smoothly. Tracking and follow up was excellent, as well!

Couldn't be happier with the service of this company. They, in collaboration with The Best Western Hotel Dante, assisted with delivering an item back to me that I had misplaced while on vacation in Barcelona and delivered this item to me sooner than later. Jordi, my contact for Mail Boxes Etc, was very responsive in communicating with me and helpful in setting up the delivery.
